The New York Police Department (“NYPD”) criminal record section maintains the criminal records for members of the public, authorized government agencies, and as is required by New York law, Federal law, and NYPD Department rules.

This form is available at any NYPD precinct, Housing Police Station or Transit District Station. There is no cost if you are the listed victim of a crime.
